The bed and pillows were just right - not too hard or soft, providing a perfect night's sleep. The highlight of the apartment was definitely the big balcony with breathtaking views. It was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel provided all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a dining table. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast, which was a bonus for my kids who loved using it. The staff was also very responsive and helpful, particularly through WhatsApp where they promptly answered any inquiries.

The apartment was fully equipped and provided all the amenities I needed. The location was also convenient, with nearby attractions and restaurants. The host, Aunty Siew, was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was quiet and had a family atmosphere. The room was well-equipped with a queen bed, and the staff was polite. The location of the property was favorable and excellent - approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from an indoor amusement park.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the swimming pools and playgrounds. The location was perfect for us, only a short taxi ride away from Puteri Harbour and Legoland. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a 24-hour restaurant right below the building with a variety of delicious food to choose from. The complementary breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. the location was ideal for exploring the town, shopping and sightseeing. the view from the room was amazing, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable.

The sheets were not cleaned properly, and we found hairs and stains on them. the bathroom was not well-maintained, and the showerhead was clogged.

The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to Puteri Harbour and Thomas Town. It is a short 5-6 minute taxi ride to Legoland. the hotel is located in Tower 2. the rooms are spacious and clean with complete amenities such as fast wifi and aircon. the staff were polite and accommodating.
